SSRI/Effexor induced agitation question?

AS with Zoloft and Prozac, and even to some extent Serzone...
75mg of Effexor makes me feel like I want to grind my teeth down to the root, or rip off my skin strip by strip! It makes me very agitated!!!!!!
neither manic nor panic characterizes it well.
What do you think this is and what should be done about it?(underlying anxiety disorder or bipolar disorder or just a side-effect?!)
