Hello, I took prozac with a stimulant for 6 years, and then developed joint pain and swelling. I eventually tested positive for lupus. Funny thing is, when I stop taking the meds for several months, the joint pain gets much better. Also, the positive lupus tests have only occured while on the meds, or within a few months of taking them.
