Increased in anticholinergic effects from the combined use of Benadryl and Zyprexa, as mentioned by the previous poster. You may experience dry mouth, blured vision, drowsiness, problem with short-term memory, constipation, and urinary hesitation/retention. If you have problem with your prostate, this can get worse.

Additional concern with the combined meds you are taking is the increased risk for spontaneous bleeding. Ibuprofen, vitamin E and ginkgo may act as "blood thinner" which can increase your risk for bleeding ulcer, nose bleeding, eye bleeding (conjuctival hemorrhage), easy bruising, etc. In serious cases, even stroke.
