If you go on Remeron most likely you will gain weight. You are correct Remeron tends to be one of the worst antidepressants for causing weight gain. It is however, an extremely effective antidepressant with no sexual side effects.

Have you considered adding some Wellbutrin to the Prozac? Or perhaps just entirely switching to Wellbutrin as your primary antidepressant. Wellbutrin has no sexual side effects like SSRIs have and Wellbutrin usually increases libido. It carries no weight gain side effects, in fact it might make you lose a little weight.
