There are times, especially in mid afternoon, when I have to go into a dark room and lay down. I now wear sunglasses and if it very bright i wear them inside too.
When I am in the pool, sometime the agitation of the water is a problem, or being in a large crowded group of people...visual over stimulation.
I am very sensitve visually.
