Mine is a "Verilux Rise and Shine Natural Alarm Clock"-good bedside reading light even if you find it doesn`t wake you up. You can wake to "pleasant" sounds instead of the light, but unfortunately it`s poorly designed in that you can`t set the pleasant sounds, only the alarm, to wake you if the light doesn`t. Cecilia
