ADHD and SEX

HI Everyone,
My best friend has ADHD, and she is unmedicated, she has not taken medications for it since High school. She is currently in her late 20's. This is a way personal, but, we discuss sex alot, and she is unable to have an orgasim during sexual intercourse with her husband. Could this be related to ADHD, and could taking meds help? She is also having difficulty at work, she is way stressed out and it is affecting her job. Any suggestions or advice I could pass on would be great.
