High Dose Effexor

I am looking for information on high dose Effexor. My pdoc recently increased my Effexor XR dosage to 450mg. She said there has been some favorable research with high dose Effexor (FDA recommended maximum is 375mg). I believe she said the study was with dosages up to 600mg. I have not been able to find any info about this on the net. Any help will be appreciated.
