It still is involving neuritransmission, where reseachers should be attacking second-messengers &/or protein - or enzyme-RNA transcription. Or they could try to mess with the hypothalamus or the pituitary. We gotta stop using bandages (neurotransmitter-based antidepressants) and attack a site further upstream, so that eventually we may find a way to target all symptoms via dendrites and neuro-cellular cross-talk.
