Distimye: EFFEXOR XR 75 mg?

Hi,
I suffer of Distimye, low mood, aphatie, anaergie, and i can't stand high dosage of SSRI cause of they side efects.
Haveing low dosage of effexor xr (75 mg/d) could be a good way in mild depression?
Effexor does enhances mood and energy?
