what is this symptom of withdrawls?

My muscles feel very uncoordinated and tense, rigid, bit confused or cloudy thinking, not dissy but a bit adjitated to. I do take 1mg of xanax a day, and it seems to wear off. only have klonopin 1mg left and take .5mg of xanax at bed. are these withdrawls for benzos, or ghb because i stopped ghb on saturday.
