I've been on wb for about the same amount of time as you. After a week at 300mg I had to reduce the dosage. My sleep was just getting worse. It takes some time for buproprion and it's metabolites to reach a steady state in your system. The half life for the metabolites is in the 30+hours range. So it just keeps building up in your system. It may be only now that it is really kicking in.
I used the same schedule as you, then tried taking the second dose at 7pm, but that made it worse. The evening dose seems to help some people to sleep better though.
I also sometimes use melatonin. I get good results from 1mg, sublingually.
Good luck,
Mike
