answer to this question is: zyprexa blocks all 4 dopamine receptors, and primarily the d2 receptor. Blocks histamine receptors 5-ht1 and 2 receptors. stonger dopamine blocker,

seroquel, only blocks d1 and d2 moderately, highly blocks histamine and alpha 1 receptors. Also blocks 5-ht2 moderately.

id say if someone is suffereing from schizophrenia, id go with zyprexa. If someone has some sypmtoms of schizo and parinoia, but not majorly id go with seroquel. Seroquel in my opinon can be taken by someone with a bit excess dopamine and norep. not like a person who suffers from schizo.
