the caffine & alcahol thing makes a lot of sense.
ironicly, it just so happens that i drink vast ammounts of coke with my vodka. dur!
the mineral suppliments bookgurl suggested sound like the kind of thing im looking for.
im getting a gp appointment next week like you suggest, and i will let you know the results.
