I guess the first step is finding *something* that helps to take away the severity. For me it is Zyban [so far anyway :-) ].

Thank you Petr for your encouragement and concern. I don't think I would dare to undertake this endeavor alone. People like you are helpful. You actually know what I am facing. Have you found the world to be filled with people who, when they don't understand, they just judge?
