Serzone Concerns

Posted by RhainyC on March 14, 2002, at 11:16:37

I have been away from this board a very long time, due to life and it's constraints lately.

I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Syndrome a couple of years back and have been on the meds merry-go-round on and off since then. Paxil, Prozac, Wellbutrin and Celexa. All had problems I could not deal with as side affects.

I also have sleep apnea, severe spinal arthritis, degenerative disk disease along with the fact my father is dying. For those who might remember me, he was diagnosed two years ago with terminal cancer, and has amazed all of us by lasting this long, when the docs gave him 3-6 months.

I have now found a new Pyschiatrist, who is trying me on Serzone. After reading as much as I can find about it, I was wondering....

Are any of the folks who posted to the older Serzone threads, still on it? If so, how is it going? Any input on this would be helpful.

I have been on Prozac again, but pulled myself off all meds because I just couldn't deal with the anorgasmia any more.

Any thoughts, experience, ideas about Serzone would be appreciated.

Regards,
RhainyC
