KK,

I've read on another thread that you recently started taking SAM-e. Does the SAM-e help your lack of energy? How much do you take? Are you taking B-6, folic acid, and SUBLINGUAL B-12? To understand where I am coming from with regard to SAM-e, please read the following two posts:
