Okay, Opipramol is a very old TCA and most pdocs do not know of it (guess it isnt on the market in the USA) but thats not a reason nobody knows nothing about it or what do you think ? Dealing with treatment resistant depression needs a look at unconventional options too. I would be very glad getting some infos.
