Thanks Penny for your helpful information.
I'm very sensitive, so i think i'll be on 75 mg/d for another one or two weeks.
I will let you know something about my effexor trial in the future days...and i hope to not have side effect.Mmmm, no i haven't read the book, i've only watch the film (i know it it's not the same thing!).

Was off Effexor for 6 months and had another major depressive episode, so my pdoc started me back on (75 - 3 days, 150 - 3 days, 225). That time around I had terrible nervousness, mild tremor, nausea, irritability. And had NO antidepressant effect after about 2 weeks. I was severely suicidal, so switched to Paxil (which didn't work either, but that's another story).
