Adafrinil + Venlafaxine?

I finally managed to get Adafrinil.
I'm currently taking Effexor XR (300 mg) plus Reboxetine (8mg).
Could i add Adafrinil to my current cocktail with no problems or could i possibly run the risk of overstimulating the noradrenergic system, being Adafrinil mainly noradrenergic? Should i drop Reboxetine and substitute it with Adafrinil instead?
Another question: I've heard Adafrinil could be somewhat interfering with venlafaxine metabolism, lowering its metabolites in the blood. Should i raise venlafaxine dose as a consequence? Sorry for asking so many questions, I've been searching on the net for venlafaxine/adafrinil interactions with no luck.
