Adderall causes so many physical problems (tremors, palpitations, etc.) that it's hard to know what's going on mentally. The Concerta form of Ritalin is the best of the Methylphenidate formulations for me, but I get kind of morose on it. My mood is better on Dexedrine, but Dex never makes me high. I'm just me, but more focused with a tiny bit more energy. Unfortunately, almost all of the real antidepressants (Wellbutrin, ssris, etc) change my personality, and none of them has changed me into the sort of person that I enjoy being around.

Hey Bekka,

Thanks for the information. I have heard responses like your often .... that is dexedrine seem unique in helping mood, but not inducing a "drugged" or "high" feeling. I will have to look more into dexedrine pharmacology.

Thanks again.
