I just bought my 80 pills for $36 at Costco (Nature Made brand). Please tell me where to get a sublingual B12. (GNC?) Are you sure I need it with the Super B complex? And are you sure I don't absorb ANY of the B12 in that Super B complex? My mom says that's impossible--that you pee out the dye, not the whole vitamin (I don't think I believe her, but she is Mom the know-it-all, after all!), and that your body uses what it needs and gets rid of the rest.
