Paxil 10mg withdrawls?

Iv been taking 10mg of paxil for 1 month. On top of remeron. Im swithing to zoloft tommorrow am, but i stopped paxil last night. today i felt more anxious, bit adjitated and depressed. Is this paxil withdrawl of such a low dose, or just maybe just having a bad day? I read paxil has the fastest withdrawl due to short half life?

ps. i took my daily xanax also, may need another one for withdrawls are gone. mostly anxiety.
