Hi John,
I don't take SAM-e, but I know that one of the people who has done a lot of research on it is a doctor named Richard P. Brown, M.D. I think he's at Columbia in New York. He's written a book on SAM-e. There is another author, but I can't remember the co-author's name. Perhaps you can locate the book on SAM-e by Richard Brown, M.D.
