Hi Pokey. I am on my 4th(?) day of starting Zoloft, 25 mgs. once a day. I noticed changes on the first day. I was much calmer and my OCD wasn't as bad (which is what I am taking it for). I am very med sensitive and I can usually figure out if a med is going to be the one for me within a week. Some people, including the pdocs think this is impossible, but I have found it to be true for me. The only side effects I have had are slight nausea and feeling sleepy early in the night (I take the med in the morning).
