I'm on Tegretol for panic disorder - but it is commonly prescribed for bipolar disorder. I'm on 200mg per day - and the side effects seem to be pretty low - occasional nausea, a little bit of sedation, and that damn sexual dysfunction. Seems to work well at blocking my panic attacks, and I'm definitely more mellow. Other people on this board can prob tell you more about the BP side of it if that's why you're on it.
