I have not taken Tegretol for many years. I have not increased caffeine intake, and I do agree I need to see someone about TMJ. I relate the TMJ to Effexor and the generic prozac before it because I never had problems with TMJ before.
Thanks for the insight. I'm starting to inch back the hour that I take Effexor. Today I took it right when I arrived at work. I'll keep this up for a while and see if there is any change.
