I also take Remeron. My pdoc tried to move me down from 30 to 15 mgs. one time and it made me very will. Are you switching from one SSRI to another, that can help ease the transition. You might want to take an anti-anxiety med to help you while you are trying to come off the Remeron too. I know how hard it is to get off some of these meds.
