How long have you been at the 100 mg dose? I couldn't tell from your post if you have been on Lamictal for a month, or at the 100 mg dose for a month. When did you start to get the headaches?
I started to get headaches (and felt more fatigued) when I got up to 100 mg of Lamictal after increasing by 25 mg each week. However, I've only been on 100 mg for one week, so that's probably not long enough to determine if the headaches will go away or not (and the fatigue).
Don't know if this has been helpful...maybe someone who has been on Lamictal for a longer time could offer their experience.
