Tremors and shakes with Lithium

I've been on Lithium for a month or so now, and I'm up to 1500mg a day (still only like ~0.6 blood level). Anyway, I get facial tremors which are the worst when I'm nervous or excited. Like I smile, and if I try to hold the smile the edges of my mouth twitch. Are there any drugs or ways to reduce this? Thanks guys.
