benzos for ADHD stimulant jitters?

does anybody use valium or other benzos to relieve anxiety/jitters from adderall or other ADHD stimulants?
I love the energy and focus (and appetite suppression) of the adderall xr 30 mg but it tends to make me mildly paranoid and angst-ridden. Any suggestions or successful experiences would be greatly appreciated
