I like concerta alot, it is time-released ritalin. It DOES last 12 hours so if you forget it in the morning, you might as well forget it altogher (I guess depending on how late you want to stay up).
I don't like taking multiple pills throughout the day.. I would never remember to do that. For me the concerta does have a slight ebb & flow. It's like you get a burst of the medicine, then a lull, then a burst, then a lull - but I really wouldn't call it up and down. I think the timing of the bursts may have something to do with your food & drink intake.
