KK, I remember this question being asked on PB social & I still find having a big drink in the middle of the night *FORCES* me to get out of bed to get to the bathroom in the morning, or you know what'll happen.

Another idea (really - I know it sounds lame) is to put your alarm away from the bed so you have to get out of the bed to shut it off, BUT put a pan of water in the way (not to deep or it'll spill all over), so you step in the water, shocking yourself awake. A nasty way to wake up but believe me, it'll work. Just enough to get your feet wet but not enough to wet the whole floor down.
