Mixing Adderall Ginseng - Possible problems?

I recall reading something about possible interactions between Adderall and Ginseng.
My husband just bought me a multi-vitamin with ginseng (55 mg).
What are the possible reactions? Decreased absorption/effeciveness of Adderall, maybe?
Any help would be appreciated.
