Lithium dosage bump

My lithobid 600mg was blood level 0.4. (after
3 weeks). It wasn't doing much.
My urinalysis showed a "low specific gravity"
again (they thought it might be a fluke when
I did the screening test). My kidney's are overly
diluting my urine or something like that..
While they try to sort that out, my doctor
increased the lithobid to 1200 mg/day (This was
4 days ago).
I think I'm feeling the effects of the bump as of
about 15 minutes ago. All of a sudden I feel a bit
more relaxed and apathetic and my thoughts are decelerated...
