Re lamictal

Just wondering if anyone on the board has had any success with doses of lamictal 400mg and over.
I am now trying a combination of lamictal and nardil. I've tried this twice before, the first time it took 200mg for success; the second time 400. Stupidly I dropped it twice because of weight pain before I knew I was treatment resistant. Since I was successful at 200, then 400, I am wondering if I will need up to 600mg this time.

By the way, Ivan Goldberg says it may take as much as 600mg, but I was wondering if anyone on the board has had experience with this.
