OK- to bipolar experts

Do you know what part of the brain controls the sexual urges of humans. I was thinking amygdala (sp) but wasn't sure. And I know that on SPECT scans parts of a person's brain going through a manic episode light up. This is a serious question- I had absolutely no idea what board to put it on. Thanks- Judy (who has a shrunken hippocampus- which is common in PTSD)
