Hi Jimmy,
I currently take Zyprexa and have had some issues with weight gain. A month ago I changed my eating habits (high protein, low carbs) and started an exercise program. I've lost about a pound a week. That's slow, but at least I'm losing weight.
As far as I know, Zyprexa causes more weight gain than the other atypical anti-psychotics. Hopefully changing to amisulpride will make it easier to lose the weight you've gained on Zyprexa.
Another board to post to, if you haven't already, is http://schizophrenia.com. I think you'll find a larger pool of people who have experience with anti-psychotics.
