I find this post fascinating. Several weeks ago I also had a very bad reaction to this combo. I had assumed it was the Effexor that I had reacted negatively to because I have been on Remeron for a long time - but after reading this, I begin to wonder if it was the combo. Had you been taking Effexor previously and added Remeron or what?
