I still have a prescription for Trazadone that I never filled. That whole priapism thing bothers me. Remeron is so much better IMO. Don't be afraid to start low on Remeron. 7.5mg is a nice place to start in my opinion. You won't feel so drowsy during the day. Only 7.5mg seems to help me get to sleep by the way. You may need more, but why not see if you can get by on less? There's never a reason to be a higher doses than you need to achieve effectiveness. If the Remeron doesn't help, Remeron plus an SSRI like Celexa would be a great choice.
