1. I include "« their-name" in the subject line. By copying and pasting, since the "add name of previous poster" box will add the angle quotes in the other direction. The idea is, the post is *from* that person rather than *to* them.
2. I also add something in the body of the post: (a) "[from its-url]" if I'm leaving it where it was originally posted or (b) "[Posted by...]" (copied and pasted) if I'm deleting it.
