I took Serzone for more than a year and did not gain weight. I have been losing weight, actually, but I would not attribute it to the Serzone as I also am taking Wellbutrin. Am weaning off the Serzone currently and will be off it next week.
Zoloft and Wellbutrin seem to be working better.
