The most commonly held religions
state that people are inately evil,
and that they must choose to turn from
this natural evil, to an enlightened state.
The majority or the population believes crime
is commited by bad people.I disagree with this. I believe
that people who are given a good envionment
and a healthy brain, don't commit crimes.
I no longer believe in the concept of evil.Hundreds of studies, have proven
that with proper tretment, many criminals,
even violent ones, can change their behavior
dramatically. I'm sure this
concept isn't new. Who the hell are we
to make people, who have already suffered
enough, suffer punnishment for their
genes. Is there as single person here, who has be
successfully treated with medication, able
to argue with the power of their nature
People cannot controll their mood, it
usually controlls them.Rage and agression can be induced in many normal
people with many substances from sterioids to
resterpine. If can PCP has been blamed for
thousands of crimes, then there concievably be
somebody out there who experiences the same rage
without intoxication. It is not about seeing the difference, it
is about existing through the difference.
