Yes, unfortunately I agree, but I was hoping someone would tell me differently. Since I'm not having much luck with the AD's out there, I was thinking that maybe down the line after some "real" psychopharmocology, that Inositol could help me maintain. St.John's Wort helped me maintian pretty well for 4 yrs. after 4yrs on MAOI's. I think the trick is to first get the brain chemistry back to "normal", not a place I'm at!
