Effexor is one of the worst medicines I've ever taken. I call it "Ineffexor" and "Side Effexor." Like you and Ritch/Mitch, I have tried nearly every medicine known to man -- or beast, and the stimulants are the only meds that have ever really helped me. Now, however, I struggle with tolerance, and am unable to tolerate "polypharmacy." Have you tried Reboxetine, by any chance?
