I think Parkinson's usually has tremors in more the fine motor/fine coordination muscles. Like more in the hands, getting worse as you try harder to keep it still? I'm not completely sure on that.
First step might be to ask your regular general practitioner.
I certainly have a few positions of my legs where it seems like they just do not want to be in that particular position: like half way to a deep knee bend I can just watch the muscle tremble like it can't make up its mind whether it wants to support me or not. Seems like it's just a weak spot as far as the physics of muscle support goes. As soon as I pass through that 'zone' no more trembling. Not sure if that's similar to your arm or not. I've never asked about it, always assumed it was just one of those human unique features.
