Although many of you on this board may eat meat, I should note for those interested in learning about digestion times and so fourth that Dr. Ornish has said before that meat takes three times as long to digest.

Why does this matter to you? Body odor is what concerns most people when they hear this. According to Dr. Ornish, a dietian, because meat takes so long to process, body odor emits at greater frequencies. You may not even realize you have body odor outside of your arms, but others may.

Of course, some don't want to switch to a plant-based diet. That's a choice someone has to make, and please don't consider this post a conversation on that choice. Reducing levels of meat to plant and fruit ratios may help those who are less comfortable with plants. But don't worry, once you start eating more of them, you notice they're pretty tame things that don't typically bite. Stay away from those bug-eating plants, because those freak me out.

btw, I'm writing a long post because I'm on 20mg of adderall, and it makes me write lots more than usual.
