If you stop taking the vicodin and began to have withdrawal symptoms you can be sure you are addicted. The withdrawal symptoms feel very similar to the Flu (Runny noise, body aches all over) the symptoms will be painful. I do not think you are addicted after only two week. It is natural that you will build up some tolerance to vicodin.
I have been addicted to pain killers (one of them being vicodin) I am now on methadone treatment.
