Deanxit and Prozac

I'm on Deanxit and Prozac for OCD.
Prozac 80 mg (40mg morn, 40mg afternoon)
Deanxit (a form of neuroleptic) 3 tablets (2 morn, 1 afternoon)
trazodone (50mg at night for sleep)

Any opinions/comments on the efficacy?

I don't take olanzapine due to cost and weight consideration.
