Concentration problems Re: Adafrinil info?

Hi I have a severe case of OCD, and am on a cocktail of meds, 12.5mg zyprexa, 80mg prozac, 225mg effexor, 15mg Remeron, and 4mg klonopin. -
This is scary - the med's leave me completely exhausted, unable to accomplish anything, so I tried both ritalin and dexedrine, the ritalin initially greatly improved my concentration, then drastically exacerbated my OCD, while the Dexedrine gave me energy, put me in a fairly good mood, didn't exacerbate my OCD at all, but I can't concentrate on it, I just kind of float along.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me about any effects that modafinil or Adafrinil, both of which I've never tried, may have on OCD, does it exacerbate it... etc. I would like to find stimulant that helps me concentrate without exacerbating the OCD.
